Maureen Foster former radio talk show host of “ The Essence Of Me” and founder of Life Connect is a humanitarian, life coach, motivational speaker, spiritual lifter and author of "Think Back To Move Forward - No Recess for the Thought Process" and “Inspirations For peaceful Living - 30 Days to Analyze, Stabilize and Revitalize”.
Ms. Foster lives in Atlanta, GA and has an educational background in human services, business management, and public speaking. She has been writing for years and with over 20 years of experience working with the community and victims of abuse, violence, depression, economic disparity, and many other obstacles has always been inspired to uplift others. The Jamaica native also enjoys volunteering and working with the homeless. She has worked with agencies like Habitat for Humanity and Hands on Atlanta to provide aid and shelter. Her goal is to inspire others to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle spiritually, emotionally and mentally.
